- Yes — we ship worldwide. Standard international shipping is $15 CAD. Express international is $35 CAD.

- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns on unworn, unaltered wigs in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom and final-sale items are non-returnable. Please contact us to initiate a return.
- Who pays for customs and duties on international orders?
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- We take great care with packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
